What Is Anxiety?
Anxiety is basically a disorder in which you worry or fear something that does not go away and can get worst overtime. It can influence your life and even change how you react or deal with very important situations. Many have reported that with heavy anxiety often times they feel like their heart is pumping fast than normal, Or they feel like they will pass out instantly. Stress, fear and anxiety are all normal feelings that almost every person deals with but they are completely different from diagnosable disorders plus substance-induced anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and trauma- or stressor-related disorders.

I actually have anxiety myself, and the ways I feel would help an average person with anxiety I will list below! Number 1 is, do a hobby or anything you enjoy. this always helps when you feel like an anxiety attack is coming. It all take your mind off of the stress and/or fear feeling you’re experiencing and transfer positive and brain power to whatever you are committing to. Number 2 would be, DONT STRESS. whatever you need to do to get your mind in a positive state of mind, do that.
Don’t think about the hardships in life think about what you have and how you’re going to continue to do what you need to do in a positive way. Whatever you put out in the universe its bound to happen. Number 3 would be drink a lot of water and make sure you are eating healthy foods daily. obviously water hydrates you, but it also stimulates your mind so you can think clearly. Same thing with food and nutrition. Without food, proper sleep and some form of exercise your anxiety can possibly worsen.
